What happens here

For a final check, the presenter uses the wire brush once more to remove any stubborn, dried paint. He then continues the patting motion in clean water until the brush releases no more paint into the water. To dry the brush, he demonstrates a technique of lightly hitting or 'kicking' the brush against his foot. This action helps to shake out remaining water and fluff up the bristles.
