How NOT to run a skid steer
What happens here
The instructor discusses the control type of the ASV RT-75 (joystick controls) and mentions that his kid is operating the machine on their own property, which allows for more relaxed training. He emphasizes that experience with video games can be an advantage due to developed hand-eye coordination and instincts that translate well to operating heavy equipment. The analogy of heavy equipment operation as a 3D video game is made.
Goal: Relate existing skills to heavy equipment operation.
