(16,915 characters)i saved the best for last for you guys in today's video is a collection of all of the coolest tools gear and equipment that i could find you go the new battery powered concrete saw by husqvarna today's video is brought to you by lmn software which is a system that i've been using for the last 18 months but wish i'd been using for the last 18 years back and forth back and forth you're done in about 40 seconds and if you guys are interested in learning more about lmn and the company that helped bring you this video go check them out at go lmn.com backslash free all right guys i guess this is the world of concrete is the first convention to reopen ever since the pandemic came let's uh let's just let you guys walk through it with us and take a peek so this one is a gas powered that's powered yeah honda gas powered units this is like my herky jerky workie quad actually i think it's the same same power plant as the working quad okay and then our eight series which are a big frame both of these yeah both of these okay do you either get a dedicated wheel or a dedicated track over dedicated track over yeah trackers and wheels okay gives you smoother operation over rough ground yeah why is the dedicated track over couldn't you just pop the tracks off and have a wheelchair differently like this one's a two-speed yeah so we actually have four wheel motors on this one two high speed too low speed and as you go from high speed to low speed different wheel motors are engaged in disengage okay um the eight series wheels unit is just a it's got four wheel motors but they're all the same so and they work independently i'm gonna guess because because the same pipeline but so we can't have a two speed right because you gotta have all four wheels working together but we get higher left we get self-leveling on all our units mechanical self-leveling what do you mean by mechanical thought level now if you look at this one as you raise and lower the arm mechanically adjusted so that your bucket will stay uniformly at the same angle so if you're picking up a load of dirt mulch sod whatever you're carrying and you scoop into it you roll back yeah once that angle is hooked it raises up it stays it yeah and then our bucket roll back where our buckets are designed we create more of a roll back so when you're carrying stuff it's more like a wheelbarrow than a bucket with a low end foot on it so okay a lot of little things that we've been engineering over the last years they're the first and the oldest skin on the market you're the what the first and oldest manufacturer of skin on the market really yeah people are looking for people to talk to all these poor reps they're like sick of talking to each other like i already know everything about you i don't want to go out and party with you tonight i want to see somebody else this is the steel mixer it makes a bag of concrete in 40 seconds uh it's made in the united states out of recycled plastic it's a veteran-owned company and i'm happy that it's made in the united states there's no i mean show me how it works yeah so you put the water in first then you put your bag in second make sure you bust that bag up though so there's no dry clumps after the bag's in you go like this real slow getting all the product over to one side without dumping the water come back over again all the product over to this side back and forth back and forth you're done in about 40 seconds when you're done you can lock it in a locked position use your flat shovel and take it out my record of mixing a bag of concrete is 22 seconds with one hand and no power no power needed gravity mixes our concrete right that's right steel mixer steelmixer.com this was my son's first time in vegas so i wanted to take him around and show him some of the sights and bring you guys along for the ride as well not sure if they've got anything new or not but let's just do a walk through and see how things are looking what is that [Music] is this a full-sized chop saw battery powered yes sir so there's your battery pack but this is the 12 inch so the the four you don't have the 14 inch here yeah actually if you go around that container right there underneath those two dome right here you'll see uh yeah you'll see it in action in action all right we've got the new husqvarna k1 case uh power cutter it's a battery power cutter we're gonna have two batteries there's really three things we're going to talk about here we're going to talk about the battery okay uh the battery we're going to have it's a 94 volt battery but we have a four amp power power that's actually not quite as big and bulky as i was expecting it was going to be to be quite frank with you and that's got to be the heart of the machine looks like they've got it balanced pretty much directly right behind your lifting point on your arm right yeah so it's got a the machine itself's got nice balance to it how much is that weight compared to a gas powered equivalent okay that's a great question so the uh with the smaller battery um we're about the same size as the k770 they're the same weight as the k77 with the bigger battery it's a little bit actually a little bit lighter than the k97 so we're right in there okay how's how many have they figured out how many linear feet they can cut with them yet because here's the thing the other battery powered equivalent gets sick that's what they claim they don't they don't lie about it they're like oh you're gonna go out and cut all day long you can cut six linear feet one two count them one two three four five six and then the batteries see all those rows it's there example that's what you did with one battery one bat one of the big batteries uh all those there's about 18 it's about 18 feet and all those are about five and a half inches deep okay so that's an example that helps co will you go stand by that so we can yeah go stand go stand next to that so we can kind of see that there you go coming the end of this year thanks lloyd appreciate it sling mask god that's so light that's amazing so what's the newest technology that's built into this you know it's one of those when you start welding it right yeah i mean that's not that new right that's been around for a while how small it is [Music] appreciate it all right cool [Music] so can you try to pull that out again but don't hurt yourself it takes 300 pounds to do it okay it's not going anywhere the way the jack jaw works is when you raise the handle the jaw is open and the jaws are open like that you go right up onto it and when you push down it tightens onto the handle onto the jaws and then you push the handle and pulls it right out wow do it one more time i want to see it up close okay you go up on there when you push the handle down it grabs the stake and then you push keep pushing and it pulls it right out dude one handed that's called the jack jaw jack jaw all right james here well the concrete we're launching the new pocket light it's got a flexible head so if you use it like a flashlight you can hold it like a flashlight but if you want to clip it it can be a great pocket light if you want to stick it magnetically get that light exactly where you need it so you can work hands-free dual pivot pocket light magnet hook and quick usb charging check that out there's two different versions on that and then we got some more new stuff over here check out this new headlamp you can mount it on a hard hat or just wear it on your head very low profile very lightweight what's cool about this is you've got wide angle flood lights on the side and that camera captures 180 degree lighting and then you've got your spotlight that spotlight you can aim so you get your focal point exactly where you want you can use those independently or simultaneously it's got a red you can flash red you can go all red and that preserves your night vision or if you're on the side of the road you need to be seen you can go to a flashing hazard where your spotlight still works so you can keep your focal point but you're going to be seeing 360 degrees with that guy and this guy is also lithium you can swap out the battery you can quick charge or there's a master kill switch so we put it in your bag it's not going to accidentally turn on so that's very cool and then finally pre-production we've got a couple telescoping area lights this guy you can bend the light put this light anywhere you want and uh it'll all go in one direction or put it out 360 degrees to a lantern and of course it all pops down to one small unit but this guy is pretty cool so this will go up to eight feet tall you can spike it into the ground great you're working around the campsite or whatnot but you got a nice little remote here you can turn that on area light everywhere but what's really cool about this too is it's just a magnetic flashlight so you can still use it as a regular flashlight it's got different hazard versions on there it's magnetic and your tripod even the spikes for the ground spikes fold up the remote magnetic magnetic pretty compact nice little guy whether you're camping worksite work around the house whatever you need so those are the new things that we've got out this year that's cool pretty excited about it yeah you guys always have the coolest stuff i appreciate it get excited about it all right thanks man i appreciate it you guys have a good one next next product coming out guys let's keep going [Music] this is our milner hoffman pro series nibbler it'll cut up to 14 gauge steel 18 gauge stainless steel 12 gauge copper brass okay let me show you how it works yeah perfect if you have an impact driver we offer ours with a 3 8 inch quick release pop it in that's the setup we give you instructions for that too but uh pretty straightforward whatever direction you point it it's going to cut now if you don't happen to have an impact driver or if you're like me you tend to forget to sharpen your charger batteries pop it into a quarter drill and you're ready to cut whatever direction [Music] it's going to cut on our pro series version you've got two inches of clearance from the cutting plane to the drill so if you're cutting over shape material yeah it's a very very safe tool you literally can't cut yourself because you notice i'm trying to cut myself and not doing a very good job of it very very safe tool um you can also cut round stock you want to knock out a piece of pipe and after i can set up a coping saw that's notched and i'm ready to go if you want to cut thicker material it'll cut up to 14 gauge steel 18 gauge stainless 12 gauge copper brass aluminum so you think exhaust pipe conduit electrical plate anything like that no problem whatsoever i hope you also notice over here even painted materials because it's not using heat it's not going to scorch the material if you ever need to cut aluminum or stainless we recommend hit it with a little spray lubricant the reason being aluminum and stainless cut kind of gummy and if you cut them dry you will be able to make the cut but it's not going to hold up as long because you'll end up coming up that [Music] and at the end of the day yes toolbag where do you find it well here at the world of concrete uh in las vegas which is great you can also find it through our website milner tools dot com or call our 800 number 888 365-3301 that's what's interesting yeah no great question so we sell the pro series year round out of our shop in nashville for 200 bucks so you can pick it up any like time you like for two bills plus the postage to get it to your door if you get it here at the show we're taking 50 off that price as a show promotion takes you down to 150 and we will also include an extra cutting blade and an extra cutting head free the reason i mentioned that blades will last you about a thousand linear feet on average heads will last you about fifteen hundred linear feet on average those are twenty dollars to replace that's the only part of the tool that you should ever have to replace if you all have any other questions let me know i'm happy to answer them we're looking at a what no it's a walk behind flail mode flail more okay cutting brush oh look at that so that's how we have that set up i know those caster wheels won't get a lot of use but they don't look like they can take a lot of abuse either what is she powered by what the heck why do so why do we have this on it the guard over the engine or the crank when we're cutting brush you get a lot of uh detritus into the intake area keeps a lot of the bigger stuff nice honda engine and the gauge this is what's this gauge back here for well that's the side slope oh so you know go up to about a 20 25 degree side slope and that'll just give you some very simple mechanical gauge oh that's i love that i love stuff like that i'll just be straight with you when you show me a mechanical gauge like that like yeah simple it works let's not make it complicated no oh cato let's find out what these guys say hi hi hey i'm stan hey sam i'm jenny nice to meet you nice to meet you what is kato volcano is a japanese manufacturer of construction equipment they start as low as a 2 000 pound machine that digs by foot all the way up to excavators that we sell are in the 50 000 encounter where do they run what kind of equipment do they run jenny yeah okay so there's uh engines pumps engines and pumps um it depends on what the equipment is some of them run some run um honda some run um they don't have cola right no they do not have color uh i had to get the kohler dig in there i liked it i my audience is like is he gonna dig on kohler i don't i don't mind kohler but yeah all right so uh how about the pumps kawasaki pumps well actually okay oh somebody's got oh the service department may not be on their game your cl 35 compact track loader this runs what kind of an engine or what power plant a kubota okay should we know about this unit well this particular unit is a cab heat and air everything is joystick controlled so you have no foot controls which is really popular for most people they don't want to have anything around their feet okay um i can give let me get the specs for you real quick quick so i give you all the info mind if i look inside the cab thank you mr key man 5.6 okay how much does it weight that's my bad time no i'm not getting into any i'm just checking it out nice simple layout well i'm okay okay your arm reaches in the machine much better than mine what's the price on them jenny this price on something like this because it is going to be about 57 000. which if this is what would you put this up against what model would you compare this to this guy's name between um a tl8 and a tl [Music] why would a guy want a kato or akado versus okay so basically we have been in business for 25 years they've been in business for 25 years yes yes we have a personal connection with all of our customers we're small enough they'll say that we're going to have that and you will not find that at a larger corporation actually the the head rep for takaochi's uh compact equipment kicked me out of their booth did they why well because of their personal relationship i have with them exactly so we are going to cater we are going to cater to your smaller rental yard your smaller um construction site then then takeuchi's going to cater just supposed to say the typical we're 20 to 25 cheaper than the competition we're not we are right in line with the competition really yes we are absolutely right in line and mostly because you you get what you pay for okay now and i do personally and have handled the warranties for over 25 years okay you know one of the interesting things i don't know if you even know this when you go to order a piece of heavy equipment from china or japan you guys are made in canada but when you go to china they will actually ask you if you want a quality b quality or c quality really oh yeah yeah see it uh things you didn't even know no because you know what it is order whatever quality level you want do you know why i only order a quality card there you go no questions and that's the kato sales wrap laying it down thick i got my waders on no you're doing a good job you're doing a good job thank you hey thank you are we done you
