hey guys can i ask you guys all a question what is like some of the beginner mistakes that guys make that you guys see doing it that may not be professionals in content working on time and not showing up for work that's the worst thing we got a small crew every guy counts one guy misses we all pay okay that's bugs guys meat bugs daryl three bugs what was your question so i'm looking for what do you guys think are some of the common mistakes that guys make when they're pouring concrete what do you what's what do you guys see happening out there like for a noob coming in what should they watch out for uh not going on puddling because that's a big thing getting the concrete down getting the concrete down in a timely fashion and making sure it's probably right for people who are striking off okay if you don't do that right it makes it harder what does puddling right mean uh make sure it's like when you're getting the concrete in front of the strikeoff at the right height otherwise the guys on that board it'll break their back it will and they get to okay let me say this the key to concrete or construction if you're willing to learn and willing to work everything else comes man yep that's the bottom line that's actually a good good way of putting it bugs what are you guys finding like is the beginner mistakes ryan what do you notice guys doing when they're pour their own concrete what do you what would you give what advice would you give them i guess i'll answer that in a little bit a different way okay i would say get around guys that know what they're doing get some experience first don't try to pour concrete just by watching videos or if you do start with something very small it's very helpful to get around around the right guys and even when you get on the right crew there's still certain guys that are the better guys you know the form and the guys that have been doing concrete a long time get around those guys and ask a lot of questions and that's how you learn how to do anything and do anything well even if you're starting to pester them a little bit continue to ask questions because pretty soon when you know what you're doing you're going to be their best friend bottom line anybody else any words of wisdom oh ourselves marcel's got 20 some years of stay in school wow no i enjoy doing it yeah for sure what do you guys think anything um don't leave holes when you're finishing okay and make sure you don't mess up the joints after they're cut don't start…
