How does the City get away with this?

good morning good evening good afternoon you guys it's the start of a brand new project and it looks like the boys have got a jump start on it holy buckets they're already rocking and rolling there's the zac man you'll never see him without a pair of knee pads on i wonder why that is oh he's down here how you doing zach where's alex uh number two number two alex is number two do you know what we're doing out here zach we're at uh here here and then it's gonna come here we've also got drainage swirls going in we've got rip-rap trenches we got a whole bunch of stuff going on on this job yep [Music] so [Music] you're fired from running camera forever forever you know why he got fired from running camera forever because he never films on any of his job sites ask him how much filming he got done we did a really cool retaining wall and i gave him the camera what'd you get like three days of filming on a three-week job yeah oh yeah oh sorry about that boss oh yeah i didn't really get anything filmed did i well he does a good job on his job but all right this video is going to be filmed entirely by mr suspenders right here so this is actually going to be zach's first filming we're going to coach him through so you guys tell me what you think of how he does on this thing because everything that you're about to see next good bad in between i'll try my best he's going to be by this guy [Music] cannot [Music] thank you [Music] you big thank you me [Music] thank you all right well we're all wrapped up for the day yeah we got a lot done and then we got it from right about here all the way down to here or done today this is what the wall looks like so far there and then it's going to stretch up to where the basically the where the dew is and then back towards where the skid is all right so i gotta go dig and find a drain tile that comes out of the ground that alex buried yesterday or not yesterday monday trying to get our excite for rain [Music] oh there she be pretty well crushed but i'm assuming that's the right one [Music] right there but that apparently is the old one whoa whoa whoa door monkey what happened with sam why is zach filming now well the thing is well we run two hardscape crews a lawn maintenance crew and then construction another construction crew and there's no way for one person to be at four places at one time and for me to be able to capture more of these jobs i need to recruit more of my guys that do it and my job supervisors like alex and blaine their heads are in the game so i get guys like zach and sam that are the laborers on the job that may be able to go ahead and move a camera around and it doesn't take away from what they're trying to do on the rest of the job site well we finally found it but it was never connected to that stuff it just came out a little stub out of the side of the house to right there that was it so all that other digging so the reason we're doing this job is if you look right where the dump truck is at right now that is where the city has all of the water from the street the entire hill comes down dumps over the curb and goes into the backyard but if you look really closely you can also see the inlet to the storm water system is directly opening onto the upper portion of their property which means all of that water as it comes down has to flow back through their yard and it floods out their entire backyard before it goes into the pond just directly below this property so all of this work is to correct that issue [Music] uh let's see [Music] all right you guys that's gonna wrap up today's video but not today's project in fact we're going to be breaking this down into a three-part series with a bonus at the very end a potential fourth part but that's what this one is about today we got two more coming your way with the bonus third that's all i gotta say god bless and have a great day catch you on the next one you guys man that wasn't pretty cool watch out eminem watch out buddy
