(11,137 characters)all right guys I'm with Chuck how are you sir I'm very good how are you Stanley good okay so what are we looking at with this trailer so this is a brand new product for us um it's a 20t tilt deck we've had a lot of people asking for it so we have it now this is the first one it'll be in production very soon so 16 ft of tilt deck 4T of permanent deck um the winch is an option but uh this will also be offered in the 22t version as well does have so the the winch with that roller at the front Okay so that is we're not sure that's that's going to be the production wheel being orange but this is a prototype to be clear yes but and it's coming into production so you guys are seeing it here first yep so what are we looking at what are we looking at with this setup right here I've never seen this okay so I can show you that better on the other side where the handle is okay and look we got Notch outs look at the notch outs for the lights so the lights don't get dinged up that is sick I love the plate will be mounted on the fender so it's protected so this is the the lock down okay so when the deck comes down into place then you lock this handle down and this catches into this Notch right here oh wow and then this is the safety lock for that handle so it can't come up when it's open ah you do do things different we have the hydraulic cylinder to uh basically cushion so the deck doesn't slam down Y and it can be locked into position so that's open that's locked awesome perfect compared to seen anybody else do that maybe they do but I've never seen it have you guys ever seen that in another trailer cuz I I never have yeah we did Notch the frame at the back over the axles to get the frame down a little bit lower so it's almost like an aluminum engineered frame system yes fatter in the front skinnier in the back yep and that was to lessen this angle you also wanted to show me this trailer over here yep why well makes this trailer interesting special that is as contractors we're rarely sitting at a desk your team is on the move and so are you but you need something to help you manage them and maybe just maybe you're not ready to bite the bullet and take on a full-fledged Software System but you need a tool to help you control where your guys are and what they're doing it's called connect team and it's a simple app that's used daily by over 500,000 people worldwide and it's specifically designed for small to mediumsized businesses any where from 1 to 100 people one of the features I really like is it provides a Time clock with a GPS stamp so when you guys check in at a remote location on their job site you know where they were when they punched in but it doesn't stop there it also helps you to SC schedule and manage tasks between you and your crew and it does something that I've never seen any other app do it helps you with remote training and onboarding for those guys that you can't always meet face to face it's called connect team and you can find it in the app section of your phone and don't be intimidated by another Software System this is really designed for the blue average blue collar guy that may not necessarily be techsavvy and if you don't like it don't worry they've got a 14-day free trial so you can try it before you buy it I'm going to jump in here because they don't just have a 14-day free trial they actually have a free program for businesses with up to 10 different users go check it out you guys but now let's get back to our regularly scheduled program one of the only um all aluminum goose neck flatbed trailers on the market so this is a 35- ft version so 30t of flat deck 5T of beaver tail um this one was specked with air ride suspension mhm um it does have a lift axles you can see the front axle lifted off the ground yeah I see that it's very popular with the hot shot guys um tire wear things 6600 lb and what's the payload on it 25,000 25,000 so you're you're hiking down the road 19,000 some 18,400 lb technically yep wow technically it's 25,900 but almost so you're hiking more down the road so you got more payload and this is in production this is yes and so when I look at this everything is yeah these are all h fashioners so we there you know there is parts that are welded but a lot of it is Hu because hu hold aluminum better hold better I've heard that I've heard that aluminum welding is not stronger it's actually inferior process to a system like this yes and our Engineers I would know I'm not a St Fab Guy our Engineers know where we can weld like this trailer here the the deck planks are welded to the frame but then there's other parts that are fastened so it's just depends on what our Engineers figure out okay and that's by MH EB Incorporated MH and how do guys find out more information on this one or that one you can go to mh.com okay just go in your Google search or whatever search you use uh EB trailers EB trailers EB trailers.com all right thanks Chuck thank you all right so I am at the cross trailers Booth is that right yes and I'm with Terry and I was told this is the best cargo trailer by far of the show by Brandon Brandon best cargo trailer of The Show by far you said absolutely okay eist did you tell about the eaches nope let's go Terry cross trailers builds all of our trailers screwless with the what we designed the Eis system so it gives us our floating exterior nice smooth exterior but this year we also brought many new features to the show we've got an EPO speckled floor pull down screen we've got an aluminum interior we've got a custom solar system from Echo flow comes with lithium batteries solar panels on the roof uh has a central Hub underneath the cabinet that basically communicates all of the Power inlets and runs it through the panel on the sidewall it operates the 12vt and the one 10 volt at the touch of the buttons it also is uh has an app you can through your phone we have wireless speaker system in here custom look how wide this is what the 8 and 1/2 ft wide plenty of room to get your car in E trck so you can adjust your car forward backward wherever you need to spare tire in the floor custom Cabinetry recessed winch and Battery you guys weren't exaggerating then where you no everything you need in a trailer uh we tried to get it into this uh trailer for the show okay where the guy if they want more information where would they go so we're going to be uh cross-trail dcom Facebook Instagram cross trailers both of those and we're located in Elkart Indiana all right cross trailers thank you thank you appreciate it appreciate you needs to record the best uh dump in the show oh Terry's throwing the gauntlet down your dump that dump some kind of dump I always try to throw this anytime I can let's go brand it let's go and this happens to be branded triaxle dump 10 in I being frame uh really what sets our resol 4ot sides most most in the show you're going to see we call it the max rail the rail at the top everybody else is going to be welded on ours is actually stamped in stamped in stamped in why would why what what what's the B benefit of stamping so so basically you break the metal up once you start breaking the metal up it just gives more strength to that side so instead of putting like a 12 gauge cap on top welding it on we actually have it to where it's it's rolled in that's going to give you where 10 GAE side full side it'll give you the the rigidness of the stamp also allow allows you to paint the inside of it so you don't have rust and stuff coming out through your wells okay also has telescopic cylinder on it the cool thing about the telescopic cylinder that it has is we had the new tough remotes with it first remote in the industry that allows you to actually make the telescopic come down telescopics gravity down so it actually makes you come okay is this actually trailer out and available now absolutely okay and what is it called where do you guys find it low Trail trailers you can go on lowtrail trailers.com before I let you go tell me about these axles why a triple axle configuration versus a dual axle triple axle is going to widen your footprint uh carry more uh low capacity you could do 8K axles and get and get 16k out of it this one you're going to get 21 um pricewise 21 is quite a bit cheaper than going with 8K axles uh but really footprint for loading but also for just carry carrying weight it allows you to carry more capacity also will take tongue weight off of your uh tow vehicle there you go and that is by Load Trail thank you sir you got it thank you all right guys I'm with Craig and the Ants trailer now this is new to you guys this year at this show right yeah this is our first time having that the natda show the tanm axle actually we had the single axle okay it's a very simple system you can turn the uh power on and off right here so you just flip it on and raise it up what's the axle rating on these we got Dexter torsion axle 7,000 lb 7,000 lb each axle so 14,000 14k for the gbwr payload capacity is 12,310 lb you can get you can get a 10,000 lb skid loader on here yeah you could with no problem the Hydraulics can lift that no problem yeah it's very simple dummy proof I mean you just flip these blocks down when you're ready to travel it's just a safety feature we have in case you know hydraulic Lin is to go or anything like that but when you're actually traveling you just you just put a level with the road and Away you go oh my gosh that is an amazing looking trailer LED work lights at the front and one of my one of my official favorite trailers and I say this officially one of my official favorite trailers is this one right here I use this it doesn't go to my cruise I'm selfish when I find something I really like I don't want to beat up and yeah don't blame you hello CEO of the NDA that's it for this one like to welcome you well I've seen them before but I've never actually talked to anybody that do these Caleb I'm with uh you guys are with Rock Solid cargo yes sir and you build what is this called so this is our enclosed uh bathroom package trailer of this is a 20ft trailer it's got a women and a men's side so if you'll come in the women's side here you'll see you got uh two stalls here uh plenty good enough size um this is kind of what we're envisioning is serving especially uh like natural disaster FEMA type uh FEMA type deals where they're going in where somebody's been this place from their home they got to the bathroom they can go in clean up wash your hands use the bathroom you got your men's side where you got a stall in a couple urals here um just a little bit different than than what some people are doing with some enclosed trailers um and you guys make these as production.com custom one-offs this is like your business absolutely yes we built this from the ground up frame everything completely Y and if guys want to know more information
