Diamond C Unveils New Trailers for 2023 4K

the weather's fine down here so I can just sit down oh nothing faster because now we're not stuck pushing and twisting on that we want to have everything clean and uh together right there traditionally these sides are so heavy it takes two people to do it right now easy peasy [Music] good morning one and all we are at the diamond C Booth oh God I wish you could feel that we've got raised lettering now we're going to be checking out all of the coolest New Gear equipment that is available and Jacob's already busy over with Dan from tools and action so if you want to see Jacob's version that's cool but we got Kade how are you kid how's it going Stanley good what do you do for these guys so I'm the brand manager for Diamond C oh yeah okay so getting ready for the show excited to show off some new things for you guys okay and one one of the new things that we want to show off is this side latch system on this tell me about this way absolutely so this is our DeckOver dump traditionally when people have a deck over dump they have to use two people to operate this not anymore this works just like a truck latch would and then you can just push it down and I can do it all yeah foreign this is how easy this is now I'm actually pushing down to get it to go down it doesn't click and latch it just stays down traditionally these sides are so heavy it takes two people to do it right now easy peasy when is it coming what is it called okay so this is our easy latch and uh this is going to be available starting about January of 2024. you guys you can go to their website and you can build a trailer and you can have everything put on it right absolutely but we're not done with trailer is For You trailer aficionados so this is a gooseneck telescopic dump right here no scissor left no scissor lift yeah and you can see for this this new part of this trailer is also going to be our engineered beam that we're moving we've done this on most of the things that we offer and also our engineered net and you can kind of check out the the new raised lettering so they don't have stickers anymore and that is the same as what you get on a pickup truck yeah see you guys went to Florida and borrowed all their technology yeah pretty much right and you can see we also moved to more of a cleaner sleeker look here uh we don't want too many stickers here looking like we're NASCAR right we're not sponsored by everyone here we want to have everything clean and uh together right there so one of the next things I want to show you is our new suspension this is made by whipper and this is called a Lippard slipper roller so if you see right in here this is physically going to Rome right so it's it's it's it's called a roller for a reason um so you've got that then you also actually have bushings in here that help for uh longer life less maintenance virtually no maintenance on these things and then you're also going to have the shock absorption here from these rotors and these are new yes sir and that roller is new so what's happening is as the trailer is going up and down instead of this being bound up now this is engine can float and so it's going to give you probably I'm going to guess and you guys tell me if you if my thinking you think is right or wrong longer life because now we're not stuck and pushing and twisting on that we're allowing it to free move but we haven't taken away any of the suspension from it yes absolutely all right cool yeah yeah a lot longer is that better or worse you guys tell me in the comments below when is that coming out now so that's something that should be out in November oh of this year 2023 yes and this is something that we're going to roll out first with all of our 7K and 8K axes seven and eight K gets the best gets the juice first so one of the things I want to show you on this is going to integrated steps so I can just sit down because one of the things faster is getting here and trying to trying to get it and now it's just stepped down oh my God and I can lock it right into place oh my my tip my tilt over deck trailer Jacob brought it up to Minnesota and I was like I was honest with them I'm like I've never been a tilt over deck fins now my favorite trailer except for that yes that thing is so what I've learned is I just do the sit and cloth yeah I sit down like this and then I raise it up hey honestly that's just one of those things that we got honest feedback from some of our dealers and they wanted to see it changed and we're unveiling here at the show and this looks like an engineered beam gooseneck absolute deck yes I mean what the heck yeah I love your guys's trailers and one of the last things I want to show you here is we added a roller to our winch right pulling on something sometimes we can get in a bind to this we'll keep rolling and this can actually just be removed if if you need to replace it over time right because that's one of the first questions is like is it going to wear out how am I going to service it this can actually just pop right out and be replaced over time okay so now we're not wearing our winch rope out as we're towing a car up yep okay okay and you've got your winch actually integrated right up into the goose knife on this one is that a Texas thing I think so yes sir if you guys are from Texas let me know is yes sir or Texas thing because that's where I got it from when I was down you guys I'm like God that's really cool anyway yeah yeah definitely a southern thing because I've said that two before it's kind of traveling up north they're like what are you doing I'm sorry it's just how you talk to people but yeah that's I think that's the way you should talk to people personally look at this heavy duty winch wow you guys don't mess around do you no that is a very heavy duty one okay so what else did you want to cover because I know this has a new suspension system as well doesn't it yeah absolutely so this one actually actually has this is going to be a new I can't hear you out there the weather's fine down here so it's beautiful down here and honestly being in Texas I'm pretty used to having to be under something like this because of how hot it is we had from the sun right now this is going to be our Kush adjustable uh suspension that we're uh unveiling here today uh it's going to have some of the similar features of our our roller right because it actually has a little bit of a roll to it as well see I noticed that and notice it looks like you got a roller so this is actually give you a limited rotation then correct okay because yeah I've seen that all right there it is okay and is this something else that you can order through the website or have an add-on correct yeah this is something that you can order through the website and uh and yeah should be available through Parts as well watch your head you get a step right behind your head and oh I got one here too how do you get dirty at a convention well that's how you get dirty at a trailer shell all right what looking at next kid uh what we've got next is we got the cool wiring system Stan that's right we do have the cool all right okay so why would a wiring system be cool you guys may be thinking yourself before you jump off because everything is 100 sealed for us Northern guys so tell me about you your words not mine absolutely so this is our new uh modular wire harness so this is something that can just be plug and played no more cutting crimping and this also allows for you to add a lot of things after market or if things need to be replaced that break on your trailer you can just plug and play right no more of the having to crimp and refine new things but also this will be going to our brakes as well uh one of the main things is this things get corroded on our brakes right and that's one of the first things we have the issues on so this will uh fix all of that and change the game for us uh wiring while is it down to see is there anything else in the booth that we have not covered that you want to hit on before I like to get back to your regularly scheduled job man those are some of the the coolest things that I wanted to show you uh right off the bat yeah let's see if I can fool anybody you guys tell me do I look like it hey you guys get to work over there what the hell is wrong with y'all take it easy Jacob no it's just me guys oh okay okay how many times that happens let's talk about this right here this is something that we are going to make standard with our dat and this is going to be one of our new versions of our DET you can already see actually some of the some of the wiring harness that we talked a little bit about but we have toolbox integrated right into the beam so you get storage just lots of space see there's plenty inside of this storage what's new about that because you've always utilized all of this the the space in the neck so did you just deepen it by using an engineered system yes I mean so it's new for this particular model so our DeckOver tilt did not have this option but it does now and this is another one that we also uh turned it into our engineered beam it also used to be a structural beam but it'll be uh engineer beam from now on all right what's the website how to guys if they want to do it do they got it pre-order they get on a list is this going to be a limited availability because I see a big demand for that thing right over there yeah absolutely so no side game this is just something that you can just go to our website
