Going Mowing - Learning the ropes.

What happens here

After a brief rain shower, the crew moves to the second job site. The owner loads the weed whip into his Mustang (temporarily, as he was filming) and explains that he received a call from an 87-year-old widower, a customer who had recently undergone open heart surgery and simply wanted company. This highlights the importance of customer relations beyond just the service provided, especially for elderly clients who may value interaction.

Goal: Meet customer needs, including social interaction, and adapt to changing weather conditions.

Tools and materials
