Franky finds a HIDDEN STASH during the flood 4K

I got a I got an earrings what'd you find you hang these nine capsule-ish type of a thing buried treasure right swamped up we'll see what's in the a note huh huh geode geocache site please read congratulations you found it intentionally or not that light is plugged in according to the experts every 100 years we get what we call the 100 year flood and it's just an epic disaster except this will be year three that we've gotten in the last 12 or 15 years but let's just see how bad this water is looks like the Ford's going to get a truck wash all right the water in a normal 100 year flood will rise about nine feet covering over roads and flooding out races ah well there he goes I don't need to wash the bottom of my truck this year how bad it is here you still got snow so that water is still going to be rising what makes this one unusual is this year's flood was caused by winter snowpack it was the third snowiest winter in all of Minnesota History with the largest concentration of it actually going up north we have green grass down in South Minnesota but up north we still got piles of snow [Laughter] yeah Frankie's don't look so clean though welcome to Shangri-La Lodge it's two cabins I have in northern Minnesota where we've been busting our butt trying to get these remodeled oh boy that water's coming up with us awesome oh it looks awesome upper cabins coming oh schnikes damn snap my tree right in half over there so much damage everything's just ah wow hey hi you made it yeah I made it isn't that crazy it's so much to do hey Frankie we gotta disconnect do nothing with the furnace yet because we're gonna lose the freon if I when we're going to be cut their minds so I'm gonna wait till last minute to cut them maybe as long as you're gonna be here you know I'll be here when Dorothy hits the the once it comes into that room then we'll worry about getting it out of here then we'll get it out okay so because I don't want to lose that Freon because it's going to cost you to have them recharge it you know yeah this is what we're trying to save right here it's brand new brand spanking no trying to save that in a normal 100 year flood in the that we've had the bottom of that cabin will fill all the way up to that white ceiling and that's about where the water stops so everything that's in that basement including that furnace has to come out because if the water rises as much as it has in the past all of that's going to get wrapped foreign [Music] everything always breaks at the worst possible time and the flood waters rise at the worst possible time Frankie Zach and I busted butt all day Friday working and then found out that the flood waters were a fast approaching so then we work as late as we possibly can into Friday night and that includes removing everything trying to shut off electrical and get everything prepped and ready but we weren't quite ready for this one fallen asleep so hard that you don't move all night long and you wake up in the exact same position you were when you fell asleep that means you're really tired uh that boat is tied up so that one's not going anywhere that one is tied up so that's not going anywhere there's no walking around what's going on foreign that light is plugged in yeah well unplug it so the fridge is plugged in so yeah that's been pumping yeah we'll unplug them as fast as you can dude you're standing in the I'm surprised that I'm surprised that one didn't blow the circuit right no doubt because that one was actually alive yeah well they all are oh we gotta get the rest of this cleared out too and we got to get the uh Frankie we're gonna use the dolly instead of moving some of the fridge and stuff up shorts is the water cold does my cat make it across through the water today this will be the third time that I got stranded out here oh well let's go see how deep it is over there I'm surprised them trees are they look like they're popping back to life a little bit wow yeah I don't know oh yeah yeah because you were in that you you could go into that going for a swim new it's a little cold it's chilly yeah a little chilly yeah see so you see them blue markers there yeah oh okay yeah that's the that means that's you can't make it lying once they get to them yep well they ain't doing them yet oh okay so when the vehicle's been in a flood does it devalue it [Music] I don't know man I look like I'm in the middle of the road like you're screwed yeah especially dude the first time I went through this I barreled through it oh yeah during the week oh dude I made a way cause looked like I was a a freaking pontoon boat all right all right check out the next spot there used to be a house right there [Music] flowing good yeah I wouldn't mind taking away the canoe no yeah I'm surprised there isn't more logs stuck on that thing there could be some underneath though you know jammed up is that for woodpeckers what the hell's that wire on them poles for oh so uh squirrels and stuff don't go up there and shirt out the wires wasn't that gonna make it easier for squirrels to climb it we're not squirrels but let's get something about animals okay so Frankie's discovering Treasures what do you oh I got earrings what'd you find your hands okay was it washed up yeah it was underneath that rock that looks like it was buried intentionally Hot Wheels car like a Time capsule-ish type of a thing very treasure right swamped up we'll see what's in the pill container here shortly I don't know what to have kids crap yep we'll see what's in there a note huh huh just writing paper yeah but does it write something on it there's a pencil in in there so you know well I saw rating on it oh right here yeah no nothing nothing worth reading I've never seen that before in this thing doing here with all these things in it it is part of a worldwide game dedicated to GPS global positioning system users called geocaching the game basically involves a GPS user hiding treasure this it says treasure end quote this container and its contents and Publishing the exact coordinates so that other GPS users can come on a treasure hunt to find it the only rules are if you take something from the catch you must leave something for the catch and you must write about your visit in the logbook hopefully the person that hid the this container found a good spot that it that is not easily found by uninterested parties sometimes a good spot turns out to be a bad spot though well it's going to be pretty bad here in about a day when the river Rises no we're the lands of lands no dude it's got a GPS thing we've got a GPS it's got a GPS it's got a GPS thing you can't just toss it in oh so they've got it GPS and whatever uh if you found the container by accident great you are welcome to join us we only ask that you please do not remove or vandalize the container well I didn't vandalize it you were gonna move it the real treasure is just finding a container and sharing your thoughts with everyone else who finds it if you wish go ahead and take something but please also leave something for your own others to find and write in the logbook if possible let us all the way to Willow I came from Willow with my three-wheeler jumped right across the road right there went across the it's like you go across the bridge because you're not no vehicles allowed over the bridge not on this great but on there I jumped on the shoulder 61. yep went over the bridge went into the ditch 500 bucks it cost me he finally got me pulled over by the community center before I finally pulled off to the road yeah I pulled out into the community center engaged he woke me up to tickets and everything then I I just asked him I said hey you ain't gonna have somebody come and pull my three-wheeler out of here are you he goes no he goes uh once I leave town I won't see I won't be able to see which way you go or how you get your three-wheeler home [Applause] so basically he knew I was gonna drive it home I need his money so oh man I think there's anything going on that way out of town it's across the road plays neighbors up there when you when you go after when you get off the guitar and you hit the dirt that's all underwater holy crap don't slip I know yeah look at the ice getting pushed up there this is where the dam blew up blew out yeah washed out one side of it we found an outboard motor underneath that bridge in the water washed away you must have washed it must have washed it yeah so we take a look at it first how you guys gonna go for it oh we're gonna take a look at it we just crossed one over in that neck of the woods and it was right up to the running boards that looks like it's going along I got my two little kids in the car otherwise I no no don't do it then no oh said he got the oh no those are disintegrating have you heard that rods or something something dude I just heard the engines are disintegrating now which ones the seven threes yeah internal implosions or whatever I did want it I keep asking everyone how do you like because I got the gas if I switch up I'm going forward I got a gas Dodge yep I got two gassers they're not bad I the counties were the longest time and then I did the Duramax in all five yeah well five and oh four and a half right when they went to that 20 over and then were quiet and that thing was spotless for the whole time I love comments Cummins are awesome yeah we ain't going through there we're taking the long way where do you guys live just right Hinckley and I'm right by grindstone okay you think right aren't they yes 12 16 yeah a couple of hundred years old I there's a guy I talked to in grind River Frankie he says it's going down in his neck of the woods so oh grindstone Grindstone well Mary said it was that Frank and I said no hey Frank he's godzina got a big truck like that but either you isn't his truck yeah they uh it was awful Which is higher than ours so I never can't say it oh that's that's awesome Okay so yesterday Steve was saying it was flowing that way and now it's flowing this way so it's yesterday it was pumping into the lake now it's pumping out dang that is awesome [Music] I was to the top of the belt okay and uh the neighbor up on the hill there said uh don't come through here and walked out so I wasn't even close to where it was rough as yesterday yep a little bit not as bad as it's been though we got sand and bags come and get them well it's great yeah yeah no doubt maybe that had been great three days ago all right so we waterproofed when we rebuilt the main foundation wall we waterproofed the heck out of it so how do you think our waterproofing held up we waterproof we rebuilt this entire wall and that wall and then waterproofed it up about 400 feet but you can see we can't waterproof around the door but look at how high it is [Applause] oh God [Applause] [Music] oh early morning stuff right there that's better than a cup of coffee
