Fixing another screw up on the farm!
What happens here
The larger Wingfield American Harrow (25ft Batwing) was damaged when it got caught in a fence. Specifically, a U-bolt holding a square frame piece pulled out, bending the frame and hydraulic cylinder. The repair involves loosening the nuts on the U-bolts, sliding the bent frame piece back into its correct position, and then re-tightening the nuts with an impact wrench for security. A hammer can be used to gently tap any stubborn pieces into place.
Goal: Fix the bent frame and U-bolt on the 25ft Batwing harrow.
Tools and materials

- Impact Wrench Milwaukee — Loosening and tightening U-bolt nuts
- Socket — Used with impact wrench to turn nuts
- Spud Wrench — Initially trying to move parts (though impact wrench was more effective)
- U-bolts and Nuts — Securing the frame pieces
