What happens here
The host transitions from explaining the challenge to demonstrating the correct push-up form. He gets into a standard push-up position on a wooden plank. Key form requirements are highlighted: your back must be flat, your butt cannot be in the air, and your knees must be off the floor throughout the exercise. During the push-up, your chest must clearly touch the ground for each repetition to count. The host performs multiple repetitions, showing the full range of motion. He also clarifies that you are allowed to rest in the up position (arms extended), but it is not permitted to rest in the down position (chest near the ground).
Goal: The host demonstrates the correct push-up technique, emphasizing a flat back, knees off the floor, chest touching the ground, and restricting rest to the top position only.
