Assemble Valve into Protective Casing

so that it fits down in what I'm going to make, which is a hand hole. This will go down in the ground and it will have a cap on it. I have already done one of these and it works absolutely fantastic. And this is just a hand hole like you would use for a sprinkler system. And this will be up out of the ground about that far.
