Farm Update and: Upgrade old 18v Dewalt cordless tool: 20v lithium ion adapter kit review
What happens here
Continuing the power comparison, the creator demonstrates an 18V DeWalt reciprocating saw equipped with a wood-cutting blade. He makes a cut into the 4x4 wood stock using the old 18V NiCad battery for approximately 5 seconds. Immediately after, he swaps to the 20V MAX Lithium-Ion battery (with adapter) and makes another cut of similar duration. The difference in cutting speed and aggressiveness is highly apparent, with the new battery providing far superior performance.
Goal: Compare cutting power of the reciprocating saw using both battery types.
