Roll Out Erosion Control Matting

What happens here

Once both layers of seed are applied, unroll the pre-cut 4-foot wide sections of straw erosion control matting over the seeded ditch. Begin at one end and carefully roll the matting forward, ensuring it covers the entire seeded area evenly. The matting will help protect the seeds from being washed away by rain and provide a moist environment for germination.

Goal: Cover the seeded area with matting to protect seeds and retain moisture.
