Drywall & Sheetrock Texturing Hacks. How To Spray Texture A Wall.

What happens here

After the texture has sufficiently dried (typically overnight or for a day), carefully pull off all the masking tape and remove the drop cloths. Clean the texture sprayer by first running excess texture mud out into a clean 5-gallon bucket for potential reuse. Then, dump water into the sprayer's hopper and run it through the gun, using a hose for thorough cleaning until all components are free of mud. The newly textured wall should then be primed before painting.

Goal: Clean all equipment and prepare the textured wall for painting.
