Apply 3M Rubbing Compound

Does toothpaste really work to clean headlights? Let's just see!
What happens here
Apply a 'fat inch' (approximately 1-2 inches) of 3M Auto Advanced Rubbing Compound onto a clean section of a microfiber shop towel. Rub the compound onto the headlight lens using circular, up-and-down, and side-to-side motions. Continue rubbing for several minutes until the headlight appears significantly clearer. The compound's abrasive nature works to remove the oxidation. Be careful to apply consistent pressure and avoid painted surfaces. After rubbing, wipe away any excess compound with a clean, dry part of the towel. The results should be a visibly clearer headlight, although it will not repair internal damage like cracks.
