DIY BUILT-IN MUDROOM LOCKERS

What happens here

Cut 1/2-inch plywood panels for the drawer sides, front, and back. Use a pocket-hole jig to drill pocket holes in the sides of the drawer box components. Apply wood glue to the mating edges and assemble the drawer boxes using pocket-hole screws. Ensure the drawer boxes are square and the dimensions allow for smooth operation with the drawer slides. If any initial cuts were made with incorrect depths, necessitating shorter drawer boxes (e.g., 1 inch shorter than desired), salvage by carefully removing and re-screwing, or by trimming protruding screws. *Tip: To avoid common mistakes, always double-check measurements and ensure drawer box depth matches drawer slide length.*

Goal: Cut plywood for the drawer boxes, then assemble them using pocket-hole joinery and wood glue, addressing any sizing errors and making necessary adjustments.
