Demolish and Prepare Damaged Wall Section

What happens here

To address the rot, the deteriorated sections of the existing ledger board and associated wall framing are meticulously cut out. A circular saw is used for precise cuts on the wooden elements, while a jackhammer is utilized to break away any surrounding concrete or masonry that might be hindering access or part of the damaged area. The goal is to remove all compromised material and create a clean, square opening for the new, treated lumber.
