What happens here

Empty bags of polymeric sand onto the paver patio surface. Using a stiff-bristled broom, sweep the sand across the pavers, working it deeply into all the joints until they are completely filled. After all joints are filled, use a leaf blower to remove any excess polymeric sand from the paver surfaces. Then, thoroughly wet the entire patio area with a garden hose, ensuring the water activates the polymers in the sand. Let the water soak for 30 seconds, then repeat the wetting. Finally, use the leaf blower again to remove any standing water from the patio surface, as remaining water can prevent proper curing or cause staining. This step locks the pavers in place, preventing weed growth and providing a durable finish.

Goal: Fill paver joints, activate polymeric sand, and complete the patio installation.
