Apply Wood Finish

What happens here

With the holder fully sanded and all dust removed, apply a wood finish (e.g., a penetrating oil like tung oil or Danish oil). Apply a generous amount of finish to all surfaces with a clean rag, allowing it to soak into the wood. After the recommended open time, wipe off any excess finish thoroughly. Multiple coats may be applied for increased protection and depth of color, allowing adequate drying time between coats.

Goal: Apply a protective and enhancing wood finish to the entire holder, bringing out the wood's natural grain and providing durability.
