Smooth Bottom Caulk

What happens here

Once the caulk bead is applied to the bottom frame, use a damp sponge to gently and firmly smooth the caulk. This action pushes the caulk into the gap and removes excess, creating a clean, professional-looking seal. Work quickly before the caulk begins to skin over.

Goal: Immediately after applying caulk, smooth the bead along the bottom frame using a damp sponge to create a neat, sealed joint.
