This project details the meticulous sanding process required to prepare a wooden table for its final protective coating of 2K poly. After previously stripping six layers of old paint, the process involves both mechanical sanding with an orbital sander and fine hand-sanding with a specialized sponge to achieve a perfectly smooth and receptive surface for a flat finish.
