Butcher a Hog/Pig: Making breakfast sausage and cuts for freezing (homesteading)

What happens here

Take the pork shoulder and other remaining meat intended for sausage. Cut these large pieces into smaller, manageable cubes, roughly hand-sized or appropriate for your meat grinder's feed tube. Ensure all bones, connective tissue, and remaining undesirable parts are separated. Add these cubed meat pieces to the stainless steel pot or colander, combining them with the fat and trimmings collected from previous steps. This combined mix will form the base of your ground sausage.

Goal: Prepare all remaining pork parts into cubes suitable for sausage grinding.
