Installing Tyvek HomeWrap and Felt Paper

What happens here

After the plywood sheathing is installed, apply a layer of Tyvek HomeWrap to provide a primary weather barrier. Overlap the seams according to manufacturer specifications. Then, apply a layer of 30lb felt paper over the Tyvek. This felt paper acts as additional waterproofing and will help to hide any small gaps between the stone veneer pieces, ensuring a dark, seamless backdrop.
