Position the first custom-cut wooden board against the house wall and the new roof deck. Use a pneumatic nail gun to securely fasten the board to the roof structure. This forms one side of the cricket's main frame. Repeat this process for the second custom-cut board on the opposite side, ensuring both boards are firmly in place and create the intended slope for the valley.
