What happens here

The process begins with the arrival of multiple concrete mixer trucks and a specialized concrete pump truck at the construction site. The concrete pump is strategically positioned near the delivery point of the mixer trucks. Large tarps are meticulously laid out on the ground to protect the surrounding area from potential concrete splatter and spills. A long, robust, and flexible hose, specifically designed to withstand high-pressure concrete flow, is securely connected to the pump and carefully routed from the setup location to the swimming pool excavation site, traversing obstacles as needed.

Goal: Prepare the site and equipment for concrete delivery and pumping.

Tools and materials

  • Concrete Mixer Trucks Ozinga — Delivering ready-mix concrete to the construction site
  • Concrete Pump Truck — Transferring concrete from mixer trucks and pumping it through a hose to the application site
  • High-Pressure Concrete Hose — Transporting concrete from the pump to the pool shell excavation
  • Protective Tarps — Protecting the ground, landscaping, and surrounding structures from concrete spills, drips, and overspray
