What happens here
After the main roof structure is in place, install the ceiling. The video shows a beautiful tongue-and-groove wood ceiling. This involves meticulously cutting and fitting each plank between the roof rafters or purlins. Once the main ceiling surface is complete, add decorative white beams. These beams can be structural or purely aesthetic, often covering seams or providing architectural interest. They are typically secured to the existing roof framing or directly to the ceiling planks if lightweight.
Goal: Install the finished wood ceiling and decorative beams.
