What happens here
Proceed with the electrical rough-in by running wiring for all desired fixtures, including recessed lighting in the ceiling, ceiling fans, the television, and the electric fireplace. Ensure all wiring is up to code and properly grounded. Once wiring is complete and inspected (if required), install the screens or retractable window/panel systems into the framed openings. These can range from simple fixed screens to advanced motorized retractable screens or even glass panels. Finally, install the specific lighting fixtures and ceiling fans, making all necessary electrical connections. Mount the television and connect its power and signal cables, and connect the fireplace.
Goal: Electrify the space and enclose it with screens or panels.
