What happens here

Finally, the end piece of the guardrail system is installed. This specialized end piece is designed to be a 'breakaway' section, meaning it's intended to shear off upon impact, further reducing harm to a striking vehicle. The process involves securing this end piece, often by sliding it onto the last post and fastening it. This section also highlights a separate crew member using a large cut-off saw to precisely trim the ends of the guardrail sections as needed, creating sparks and loud noises in the process.
