Automated Post Driving

What happens here

A specialized semi-truck, featuring a flatbed trailer loaded with guardrail sections and a large, blue, self-propelled post-driving apparatus at the rear, is used for installation. The post-driving apparatus is operated by a worker seated at a control panel on the trailer. This worker also remotely controls the truck's movement. The post driver uses a large hydraulic ram to precisely pound the guardrail posts into the ground until they reach the level of the pre-set mason string. Once a post is driven, the driver lifts the apparatus, and the worker repositions the truck for the next post.

Goal: Efficiently drive guardrail posts into the ground to the correct depth and alignment.
