Refine Design (Option 2)

What happens here

Based on initial feedback or further ideation, refine the design. This second option shown in the video keeps the fire pit, large landing, and kitchen similar to the first concept. However, it simplifies the transition by having two different landing levels instead of multiple steps, thus eliminating the need for a step-up into the deck area. This creates a more direct and unified connection between the house, patio, and deck.

Goal: Improve the design by simplifying transitions and enhancing connectivity between areas.
