What happens here

Implement the final design changes, focusing on significant enhancements. The preferred design in the video features three key differences: 1. **Expanded Kitchen/Bar Area**: The landing and cooking space is significantly enlarged to accommodate more stainless steel appliances, storage drawers, and extended bar seating around the entire island. 2. **Open Floor Concept**: The gate separating the deck from the patio is completely removed, creating a unified, open-concept outdoor living space. 3. **Unified Grade**: The entire patio area is raised to meet the deck's grade, eliminating the need to step down from the deck. This results in a seamless transition between the house, deck, and patio. Now, to get to the backyard, one steps down from the unified patio/deck area.

Goal: Create a fully integrated, functional, and aesthetically pleasing backyard with expanded amenities.
