Develop Initial Design Concepts (Option 1)

What happens here

Generate a preliminary design concept that incorporates the existing above-ground pool, deck, and patio. The video shows this initial concept which integrates the existing patio by connecting it more smoothly to the deck. It also features steps leading down from the house to a large landing, which then transitions to a counter-height kitchen area, ultimately stepping down further to a bar-height section. This concept begins to blend the previously separate elements.

Goal: Create a preliminary design integrating existing structures and new functional areas.
