1967 UNCLE JESSE FARM TRUCK Gets a new Life!

What happens here

After successfully starting the truck, inspect the hydraulic system. Engage the power take-off (PTO) using the interior knob to check if the dump bed responds. Upon realizing the bed does not operate, position a large piece of cardboard or an oil absorbent mat underneath the truck to protect the ground from potential fluid spills. Carefully slide underneath the truck to locate the main hydraulic lift cylinder, the PTO shaft, and the hydraulic fluid fill/drain plug on the cylinder.

Goal: Identify hydraulic components and prepare for fluid handling.
