What happens here
To fully bleed the air from the system and ensure proper operation, use a skid steer with pallet forks to carefully lift the dump bed. This allows the hydraulic cylinder to extend, pushing any remaining air out. As the bed is raised, continue to add hydraulic fluid to the cylinder as needed until no more air bubbles emerge and the fluid level remains consistent. Once the bed is fully extended and the system is bled, slowly lower the dump bed. Test the dump bed's functionality several times by engaging the PTO and fully extending and retracting the bed. Ensure all plugs are secure and clean up any remaining fluid spills.
Goal: Restore full functionality to the dump bed.
