ITL Insulated Tools (Drill Isolator, Torque Wrench)

What are we looking at with this? This is the Halldane drill isolator. I mean when you're drilling down inside the sidewalk, this is insulated and it's tested to 10,000 volts, rated to 1,000 volts with a high injection molding nylon 11 thermoplastic mix and it means that if you hit a cable by accident you're not going to get electrocuted. So, this is our insulated torque wrench which is kind of the same deal. Made from a high injection molding nylon 11 and you can see here how you can set it real easy. There you go.
