What happens here

Stanley travels to his work yard, where he meets Alex, a Dirt Monkey Force crew member, who is loading two yellow Hustler zero-turn mowers onto a red trailer. Alex is wearing an arm sling and explains he was hit by a motorcycle at 45 mph, flew into a ditch, and broke his non-dominant arm just three days prior. Despite his injury, he is determined to continue working, albeit in a supervisory role. Stanley praises Alex's dedication and resilience.

Goal: Prepare equipment for the job and assess team member capabilities.

Tools and materials
