In this video
Place the disposal back on its support under the sink. Lift the unit and align the three tabs on its mounting collar with the sloped ramps on the upper mounting ring attached to the sink. Once aligned, slide the lower mounting ring over the tabs. Use one or two screwdrivers for leverage in the lugs to turn the ring clockwise. Continue turning until the disposal is pulled up tight against the sink flange and is securely locked in place.
