With the bladder securely in the pipe, turn on the water supply to the hose. The bladder will inflate and expand, creating a tight seal against the pipe walls. Pressurized water will then shoot from the tip of the bladder, powerfully dislodging and flushing the clog down the drain. Keep the water running until you can hear or see that the drain is clear.
