From the top of the sink, place the new sink flange, with its rubber gasket attached, into the clean sink hole. From underneath the sink, slide the fiber gasket up onto the flange, followed by the support ring. Finally, thread the mounting ring onto the support ring and tighten it by hand until it is snug against the support ring. Use a screwdriver to evenly tighten the three screws on the mounting ring, compressing the gaskets to create a watertight seal. Do not overtighten.
Goal: Securely install the new sink flange and mounting assembly into the sink.
