Begin by removing the existing wooden balusters. Use a chisel or pry bar to carefully loosen and lift the base of each wooden baluster from the bottom rail. Once the base is free, gently pull the baluster out from the top handrail. Repeat this process for all wooden balusters that are to be replaced.
