Step 4 · Test for Leaks and Functionality

This is the step most people slow down on. Take it one move at a time — there’s no rush, and you can rewind the clip as many times as you need.

Turn the water supply back on slowly, checking carefully for leaks around all connections. If leaks occur, tighten connections or reapply sealant. Test each fixture (hot and cold) to confirm proper operation and water temperature.
