Step 3 · Clean Condenser Coils

Pull the refrigerator away from the wall to access the condenser coils. Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment or a specialized coil brush to remove dust, dirt, and debris from the coils. Dirty coils can cause the refrigerator to overheat and work harder.
