Step 2 · Remove Old Shower Head
This is the step people usually slow down on. Go finger-tight first, then a quarter turn. No rush — replay the clip whenever it helps.
Carefully remove your existing shower head. Protect your shower arm's finish by wrapping it with a cloth. Use an adjustable wrench, turning counter-clockwise, to loosen and remove the old shower head. If it's particularly stubborn, try using penetrating oil to loosen the threads.
