Step 8 · Reconnect the Faucet Supply Line

This is the step people usually slow down on. Go finger-tight first, then a quarter turn. No rush — replay the clip whenever it helps.

With the new angle stop installed, re-attach the flexible faucet supply line to the valve's outlet. Hand-tighten the nut to ensure it is not cross-threaded. Then, use an adjustable wrench to give it a final gentle tightening, usually about a 1/4 turn. These connections don't require extreme force.
