Step 3 · Clear Jam with Allen Wrench

With the Allen wrench inserted into the bottom center hole, apply firm pressure to rotate the grinding plate back and forth. Continue to work the wrench until the plate moves freely. This action can help break up or dislodge the item causing the jam.
