You Only Have to Make it Once

They will find excuses to have you just be around them. whatever they're buying from you, whether that's a service or a product or something, that's just an excuse to keep you around. But the next time they see you, they should know what you want to order because you're that flipping amazing. Everywhere you go, you go to the library, you're going to go check out books, you go to Cub Foods, you're going to buy your groceries. Everywhere you go, you have an opportunity to practice your people skills. You have the chance to become unforgettable. That is huge. Remember, practice makes permanent. You can never stop practicing. You always have to keep trying. What's going to happen? Let's say you want to go apply for that job for the Fortune 500 company or you want a opportunity. What's going to happen is you're going to have practiced at every single place that you've ever been. So, when that opportunity arises, your skills are going to be topnotch. But here's something else that's going to happen. Opportunities are going to pop up on their own because everybody out in the community is talking about you. They're remembering you. They know you. They're talking to you about you to other people and it's all good things. Hey, you got it. Do you know so and so? Hey, you got to I got to introduce you to this person. When you have those opportunities, more doors are going to open up. And it doesn't fall back on your technical skills. It falls back on your people's skills. This focus on your people's skills. Every chance you get, it's going to tire you out. It's going to wear you out. It's going to wear you down because it is a skill. It's like any other skill. Boxers have skills. No different. They train for those skills. This is no different. You're going to have to train. You're going to have to practice. You're going to have to identify that skill. Identify your weakness and start to practice it every single place you go. Cuz this is going to be a huge thing for you down the road. It's going to be the make it or break it to success. Gain those people skills and I promise you, I promise that will take you further than any other single skill that you can ever acquire for the rest of your life. From this point forward, when you know how to make people feel amazing and doors will still be opened up for you because nobody will care about anything but how you make them feel.
