Hazardous Ladder Adjustment

What happens here

While one electrician is still on the upper portion of the ladder, two ground crew members attempt to adjust its position. This is an extremely hazardous maneuver. The ladder visibly slides and nearly collapses against the house and a fence, with the person on the ladder narrowly avoiding a fall. One of the ground crew members also appears to fall or get pushed into the fence. This incident highlights critical safety violations.

Goal: Attempt to reposition the extension ladder.
