Why I FIRED MY LAST BUTCHER! #farming #butcher #beef

Let's talk about my last butcher versus this butcher. They told me back around over here underneath the shelter and one of their guys will help me load it up. At the other place that I went to that I had to let go because of rudeness um and improper cuts and improperly labeled meat, they wouldn't do that. They didn't help you load it up. They just pointed at it and said, "Go for it." And they'd stand there and watch you load it. Um, at one point they pushed out a cart or pointed to a cart full of meat that had someone else's beam on it and I started loading that into my vehicle because they weren't paying attention to what they were doing. So, I'm already way way more impressed. I cannot wait to see how well all this turned
