Why Drywall is an Electrician’s worst nightmare #electrician #bluecollar

What happens here

As demonstrated in the video showing the wire running through the ceiling and walls, the next step is to fish the electrical cable. Carefully route the new 6-gauge, 2-conductor with ground (6/2 w/ G) Non-Metallic (NM) sheathed cable, or appropriate conduit and individual wires if required by local code, from the main electrical panel (on the second floor) through the newly created ceiling and wall cavities, and down to the designated location for the Tesla Wall Connector in the first-floor garage. Utilize fish tape or glow rods to guide the wire through tight and inaccessible spaces. Secure the cable according to local electrical code requirements, typically by using cable staples within 12 inches of boxes and every 4.5 feet along runs, to prevent damage and ensure stability.

Goal: Route the electrical cable to the charger location

Tools and materials
